Quote Generation Performance Degradation
ResolvedIssue resolved. Quote generation times have returned to normal. The cause was identified as an inefficient solar equipment database query that has been optimized.
We have identified the bottleneck in the equipment catalog query. Fix is being deployed. Quote generation should return to normal within 10-15 minutes.
We are investigating reports of slower quote generation times on the demo instance. The system remains functional but quotes are taking 30-45 seconds instead of the typical 10-15 seconds.
Demo Instance Maintenance
ResolvedScheduled maintenance completed. Demo instance is back online with updated solar equipment database including new panel models and battery options for Q4 2025.
Demo instance is temporarily offline for scheduled maintenance. We are updating the solar equipment catalog and incentive database. Expected completion: 10:00 UTC.
